A global music streaming platform adds Troopr to its channels by default

Teams here manage their work in Jira Cloud and discuss it in Slack. For a long time the only bridge between the two was a person copying across, which is constant, unrewarding work that is easy to skip. Discussion lived in the channel, tracking lived in Jira, and neither reflected the other.

With Troopr, teams create, track and update Jira issues directly from Slack. Troopr is now added to their channels as a matter of course. Channel discussions sync automatically with the corresponding Jira issues, and alerts about tracked work are delivered into the channel that owns them.

The copying stopped, and both systems started telling the same story without anyone maintaining the connection. Teams now add Troopr when they set up a new channel, because the alternative is doing the work by hand.
