Zeno Media replaced the weekly sync with a Slack report

Zeno Media's project team held a weekly sync and treated it as time consuming, because it was. Every attendee had to leave their work, join a call, deliver status and then find their place again afterwards.

With Troopr, the weekly sync runs asynchronously in Slack. Team members respond at a time that suits them, in a single click. Troopr compiles the responses into a report and posts it to the team channel.

Zeno Media saves roughly 30 minutes per person on the weekly status meeting, and the report gives the team a written record it did not have when the meeting was a call.
