In 2022, we partnered with Troopr to facilitate the management of Offshore Jira tickets via Slack.

Our biggest hurdle with our offshore operations was internal adoption. We needed a tool that would merge communication with our India resources into our daily Slack workflow in order to scale our efforts and reach as many of our team members as possible. Slack is our main tool for managing communication, project initiatives and cross functional work.

Troopr not only delivered an easy way to automate our routine work, but they have certainly upgraded our internal user experience.

Over the past year, the  Troopr team has delivered impeccable glove service by requesting feedback enhancing features to meet our needs and being readily available to troubleshoot anything that comes up.

If we didn't have Troopr, our workflow would go back to requiring multiple systems we would probably take a hit on our offshore adoption rate, which is nearly doubled over the past year. I'm excited, to collaborate further with Troopr as we look to continue automating routine work and streamlining communication.
