Hello. My name is Paulette and I'm the Offshore operations lead for the Spotify advertising business unit.

What do you use Troopr for?

In 2022, we partnered with Troopr to facilitate the management of Offshore Jira tickets via Slack.

What were the problems before using Troopr?

Our biggest hurdle with our offshore operations was internal adoption. We needed a tool that would merge communication with our India resources into our daily Slack workflow in order to scale our efforts and reach as many of our team members as possible. Slack is our main tool for managing communication, project initiatives and cross functional work.

How did Troopr help?

Troopr not only delivered an easy way to automate our routine work, but they have certainly upgraded our internal user experience.
